ActionAire industrial fans and BLDC motors are manufactured under strict ISO and CE quality standards. Standard warranty terms include:

• Coverage: Warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under standard rated operating conditions.
• Exclusions: Warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper electrical wiring, voltage fluctuations outside specifications, physical abuse, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow installation guidelines.
• Service Claim: Warranty claims require presentation of the original tax invoice and inspection by ActionAire technical representatives.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ActionAire / M D Equipments Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of production, revenue, or factory downtime) arising out of the use, inability to use, or performance of our website or industrial ventilation equipment.
